Welcome to Steckel's Red Cabin Bed and Breakfast. Our cozy Red Cabin is just the place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Kenai Peninsula. It has everything you need for a night or a week, completely comfortable and set up for housekeeping. Pillars boatlaunch to the Kenai River is just 5 minutes away. You can expect a queen-size bed , double bed, full-sized futon, full bath, TV/DVD and a full kitchen with a well-stocked fridge and pantry. It has beautiful scenery, privacy, peace and quiet, lots of parking, plus, an outdoor BBQ.
We also have the Red Cabin Annex. The Annex is a smaller cabin, with a single and Queen bed, private bath,kitchenette, phone, and TV/DVD.
The Red Cabin is conveniently located halfway between Kenai and Soldotna. From the Red Cabin, visitors wishing to see other areas of the peninsula, can plan a day trip south to Homer or east to Seward and Whittier. Save time and effort by coming "home" each evening to relax in peace and quiet. You won't have to look very far for directions on what to do or where to go, your hosts, John and Jacquie live right up the driveway.
