Cancellation Policy: Due to the extremely high demand for lodging in July, deposits and payments will not be refunded unless the dates are re-booked by another client. Only reservation days for July that are not re-booked will be charged. Outside of July, full refunds will be honored for cancellation up to 2 weeks before reservation date. Within 2 weeks, deposits will not be refunded unless re-booked.
